Anna Dhuet

Operations Manager

Anna holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University and has completed advanced executive training in finance, leadership, and strategy from Texas A&M University.   She is also a patent holder for innovations and has authored multiple technical papers at technical industry forums. With her blend of technical mastery, entrepreneurial vision, and strategic insight, Anna brings exceptional value to guidance, technology, and organizational transformation.

As Founder and President of Dhuet Interests Inc., Anna established an independent consulting firm dedicated to supporting small and midsized companies. Since 2019, she has partnered with leadership teams to develop strategic initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, mentor leaders, and design effective business and marketing strategies.

Anna  is a seasoned technical leader with more than thirty years of experience in the energy sector. She has built a distinguished career by combining strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, guiding organizations through complex challenges while fostering customer relationships and cultivating collaborative team cultures. Her work spans the full energy life cycle, from drilling and completions to production, transportation, refining, and eventual abandonment, giving her a uniquely comprehensive perspective on industry operations.

Previously, Anna held senior leadership roles at Baker Hughes Inc., where she served as Global Account Director and Strategic Sales Director for multinational super-majors. She consistently delivered above-plan revenue, led multifunctional teams across 18+ product lines, and drove innovation through strategic business planning and contract management. Earlier in her career, she contributed to the rapid growth of CETCO Environmental Services, Baker Petrolite, and represented Nalco/Exxon Energy Chemicals.

 Anna and her husband, Herb, have 2 children, Hunter and Savannah. Anna loves scuba diving, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
